Bad customer service ever, I placed an order, money was deducted, i got wrong item size. I requested to exchange it to the correct size. The reply was only return, although it's their mistake, yet they don't want to solve it. The agent told that it is the company policy, i requested to share yet he ignored my request. Moreover the order is not showing in my orders, and they didn't fix this issue too.I think SSS scams people, by sending wrong items/size then holding the money for a week or more

The worst customer service ever! I have requested items for return and it's almost a month now with no one collecting the items. I keep checking with the customer service for an update and all they say is we escalated the issue and they will contact you soon for pick up. Seriously what is this? 1 month????? Better not to shop from them you will get stuck with no help whatsoever.

Worst customer service ever. They don't even deserve to be given a star. One of my orders is still undelivered despite of calls/emails sent to them. All I received are scripted answers to look like they are doing something to sort the issue. This delay never happened to me in other online stores. How can you trust these people to handle big issues when they fail to handle simple concerns? It's better to buy from their stores than shopping online.
