About this app
The purpose of this App is to provide a comprehensive overview of user’s health condition through their gait pattern (i.e., the various ways in which human move (e.g., walking)).
The application collects the IMU data (Inertial Measurement Unit) from sensors present in the user’s mobile devices for features like screen rotation and motion tracking.
The data collected will be processed by the App to calculate key gait metrics such as: Gait cycle time, Swing time, Stance time, Double support time, Terminal support time, Initial support time, Gait speed, Gait asymmetry and abnormality, Femur bone swing angle, and Walking signal quality index.
