I run into constant issues while patrolling. Traktik clocks me out every night without me touching the app. The app freezes when taking pictures & if you press back all reports,pictures & data are lost! Not one update has fixed this issue. This has become a major problem. If you do security be careful with this app. It does not work properly, it's an everyday thing. Don't dare tell me to reach out to support knowing this won't do a thing for me! All reports gone because your app freezes.

of the three different softwares my company has used for time keeping and writing reports, this is by far the worst one I've used. they only switched to this because they didn't want to track two different apps. it is incredibly slow and unoptimized. I constantly have to wait to check in employees while I have a constant stream of them coming through my gate. not to mention visitor search just straight up won't work a chunk of the time, or better it will just hard crash and stay down for 30 mins

Not a big fan of the mandatory permissions. My company uses this for report writing, nothing else. The fact the app just doesn't work at all without access to my location is pretty terrible design. I get that it's necessary for some features, but if those features aren't being used, then you don't need those permissions. Same with audio/video and all the other permissions. All I need to be able to do is daily activity logs and reports. Camera access is fine if I need to use it.
