the app has significantly improved! , i always wanted to invest in real estate, this platform has made it super easy for me to get into real estate. in my case there has never been any delay in rents and properties are appreciating at a very decent rate, you dont have to worry about anything. awesome!

A new and very good idea for additional income, but what disappoints me is that the sale is only completed twice a year, and this conflict with the interests of the customers. I strongly suggest that the sale be anytime after the first year , like the purchase is considered at any time. The sale must also be at any time owning a property in any place you can sell at any time. This is what made me stop placing any investments in Stake

Unfortunately, very bad experience, after 3 months, and sharing in 2 properties as a pilot, one of them without any documents after 2 months of completion of the funding " it had to be issued within 2-3 weeks as per their statement " , the other was supposed to get the rent at Feb.29th , but they sent me an email 2 days prior to that date claiming that rent is cancelled!!! , so they have my money for free , even no refund except after one year , 😓😓
