Access policy details and documents like policy copy, Health ID Card, 80D certificate and more with a single tap. The app also facilitates easy claims intimation and status tracking.

Face Scan

Conduct a prompt health assessment using your smartphone. The face scan functionality lets you find your heart rate and respiration rate in minutes.

The vitals are measured using the phone camera. It uses rPPG(remote photoplethysmography) using phone video cameras to measure the vitals. To measure this we don't use any external hardware or devices.

The measured vital signs are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Telemedicine

This feature enables you to seamlessly connect with a wide range of expert doctors via video call or chat. It also allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience.

Steps & Water trackers

The step tracker monitors your daily step count to help you meet your fitness goals, while the water tracker enables you to track your daily water consumption and set hydration goals.

I appreciate the Star Health app overall. Initially, I encountered glitches when trying to select options for consulting a doctor, but the call center team was helpful in connecting me.However, the app offers only a limited number of doctors, mostly in a few specializations. I suggest expanding the doctor pool and including more specialties like orthopedics,cardiac, eye and nutrition—these options exist but have no available slots or doctors to book. very bad support, I am trying to upload the prescription, it's been 6 days now and no response from thr team, when I called the customer support, he said that you issue is escalated, and next day they deleted the ticket without resolving the issue. current ticket 24345431 even after email the screen recording of issue, still not resolved

the app is quite useless and there is a problem every time while making payments. Even after successful payment i received emails and messages saying it failed. I had to call the customer service twice to get confirmation on the payment. what nonsensical communication
