Ratings and reviews

When I open the app, it shows a popup message to upgrade the app and has a update button on it. When I click on that button, it takes me to playstore. But on playstore it just shows 2 options. Uninstall and Open app buttons. THERE IS NO UPDATE button. If I click on Open, then again it takes me back to app where it shows a popup message to upgrade the app. Its a loop. How do you expect us to upgrade ? Do you want us to uninstall and install again? Definitely not a friendly user experience.

Worst App. Not working properly. Always shows the message as Internet is not connected. I got an email about face scan feature. I completed the CKYC link also. But the face scan feature is not showing anywhere in the App. Highly disappointed. Worst App and worst experience. I called the customer service and spoke with executive, they suggested me to reply to the email I received, but no response so far. So, I uninstalled the App for good. Don't cheat people by sending email about useless feature

This app is blocked This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access. Please address this issue, we are not able to sync google fit with star health insurace app, its been blocked by google whenever we tried to sync and login with google account. Update : mailed and got response they will try to fix no specific time or date mentioned. Useless response received.
