Access policy details and documents like policy copy, Health ID Card, 80D certificate and more with a single tap. The app also facilitates easy claims intimation and status tracking.

Face Scan

Conduct a prompt health assessment using your smartphone. The face scan functionality lets you find your heart rate and respiration rate in minutes.

The vitals are measured using the phone camera. It uses rPPG(remote photoplethysmography) using phone video cameras to measure the vitals. To measure this we don't use any external hardware or devices.

The measured vital signs are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Telemedicine

This feature enables you to seamlessly connect with a wide range of expert doctors via video call or chat. It also allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience.

Steps & Water trackers

The step tracker monitors your daily step count to help you meet your fitness goals, while the water tracker enables you to track your daily water consumption and set hydration goals.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely disappointing. There’s no option to update your registered mobile number or email, a basic feature every app should have. You can only edit policy details, and even if you access your policy from a new number, it remains linked to the original contact details used at purchase. Customer support is frustrating, they reply by email and close tickets without resolving issues. I’ve heard negative things before, and now I understand why.

I was surprised with the face scap feature in the app. I did the weight loss program. I wish the company would give more discounts on premiums for completing programs and maintaining fitness. I also wish there were more options on diets. can we log the foods we eat to track the nutrients and calories?

The program helped me improve my understanding of balanced meals, correct portion sizes, proper meal timing, and healthier food habits. I also learned the importance of drinking enough water and staying physically active. The regular follow-ups were very helpful, and I sincerely appreciate the constant support and encouragement provided by wellness coach sakshi(Nutritionist)
