Policy details and documents

Access policy details and documents like policy copy, Health ID Card, 80D certificate and more with a single tap. The app also facilitates easy claims intimation and status tracking.

Face Scan

Conduct a prompt health assessment using your smartphone. The face scan functionality lets you find your heart rate and respiration rate in minutes.

The vitals are measured using the phone camera. It uses rPPG(remote photoplethysmography) using phone video cameras to measure the vitals. To measure this we don't use any external hardware or devices.

The measured vital signs are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Telemedicine

This feature enables you to seamlessly connect with a wide range of expert doctors via video call or chat. It also allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience.

Steps & Water trackers

The step tracker monitors your daily step count to help you meet your fitness goals, while the water tracker enables you to track your daily water consumption and set hydration goals.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Ratings and reviews

An update: I thought star has resolved the login issue but still unable to login post updating the app. While logging, the error message pops up for third party keyboard while there is no such keyboard. This is really frustrating. The latest update has created lot of issues in login. It is very pathetic and irritating. I tried login multiple times with keypad and google Voice typing. It doesn't work.

App is buggy. Not able to book appointments or make payment. Ticket 21585493 raised but no resolution. Customer care is deceiving. I am not able to reach the customer care. 'All agents are assisting other guests' is the repetition message you will get. Then after some time you get a call from customer care which disconnected the instant the call is picked up. This is happening from the day the ticket is raised. Please clarify if these are coincidences or deliberate attempts to evade.

I wanted to renew my policy, but before that, the app prompted me to update my profile because my email was not added. On the edit profile screen, I entered my email ID and successfully verified it through OTP. However, when I clicked “Save Changes,” the app showed an error saying “OTP verification required.”
