Policy details and documents

Access policy details and documents like policy copy, Health ID Card, 80D certificate and more with a single tap. The app also facilitates easy claims intimation and status tracking.

Face Scan

Conduct a prompt health assessment using your smartphone. The face scan functionality lets you find your heart rate and respiration rate in minutes.

The vitals are measured using the phone camera. It uses rPPG(remote photoplethysmography) using phone video cameras to measure the vitals. To measure this we don't use any external hardware or devices.

The measured vital signs are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Telemedicine

This feature enables you to seamlessly connect with a wide range of expert doctors via video call or chat. It also allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience.

Steps & Water trackers

The step tracker monitors your daily step count to help you meet your fitness goals, while the water tracker enables you to track your daily water consumption and set hydration goals.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Ratings and reviews

App lags in a lot of places. In the support section, a support ticket generated on a specific date vanishes & a new empty ticket is generated in the ticket list and they mark it closed. So no idea how they are operating the whole operation. The number of tests in an health checkup are not in sync. They charge extra for the tests they are already providing in the list. Basically they want to complete the test in cheapest possible way. Another scam in the name of health checkup. God bless humans!

Worst app. I wanted to renew my insurance and this doesn't even allow me to. Can't sent OTP. Even having account created doesnt recognize my data. App crashes multiple time. Why do they even publish when they can't even do the basic things. Really disappointed. Better shut down your company and go rather than doing this to your customer.

One of the worst health insurance companies and a pathetic support. Claims are pending since May and rejected unnecessarily. The app shows duplicate claims incorrect details. Crashes and gets hung while submitting documents for the claims. No chat support from the App. Too much wait time to reach customer support for help. Email response is way too low. I have sent 9 reminders so far and they are just checking. Insurance is for protection so take decisions wisely.
