Ratings and reviews

Worst app. I think they should get a new tech team for development and testing of apps. If you open this app minimum 29 bugs you can find easily. Nothing works in this app. On home page it says update and clicking anywhere brings you to play store which says open as it is up to date. Took 3 days to book full body test. Since last 3 days trying to renew plan but getting error. Edit: After 2 years still most things are slow.

When I open the app, it shows a popup message to upgrade the app and has a update button on it. When I click on that button, it takes me to playstore. But on playstore it just shows 2 options. Uninstall and Open app buttons. THERE IS NO UPDATE button. If I click on Open, then again it takes me back to app where it shows a popup message to upgrade the app. Its a loop. How do you expect us to upgrade ? Do you want us to uninstall and install again? Definitely not a friendly user experience.

App was asking for update. However after updating it is now showing error for password reset. I have been trying for atleast 30 minutes just for password reset and it is not working. Earlier also it was unable to show policy documents. They need to sort out the issues. Else this app is waste of time. Also, you do not find any option to get your health check up scheduled.
