Access policy details and documents like policy copy, Health ID Card, 80D certificate and more with a single tap. The app also facilitates easy claims intimation and status tracking.

Face Scan

Conduct a prompt health assessment using your smartphone. The face scan functionality lets you find your heart rate and respiration rate in minutes.

The vitals are measured using the phone camera. It uses rPPG(remote photoplethysmography) using phone video cameras to measure the vitals. To measure this we don't use any external hardware or devices.

The measured vital signs are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.

Telemedicine

This feature enables you to seamlessly connect with a wide range of expert doctors via video call or chat. It also allows you to schedule appointments at your convenience.

Steps & Water trackers

The step tracker monitors your daily step count to help you meet your fitness goals, while the water tracker enables you to track your daily water consumption and set hydration goals.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Evaluate your health risks and receive personalised health insights on areas such as BMI, sleep patterns, and mental well-being. Just answer a few simple questions about your health and lifestyle to get a detailed assessment report.

Ratings and reviews

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I was unable to book my preventive health check-up through the app for several days due to technical issues. Customer care was unable to help and I had to send multiple emails and follow-ups before the appointment was finally arranged. The health check-up was eventually completed, but a policyholder should not have to struggle so much to avail a basic policy benefit. Star Health needs significant improvement in its app and customer support services.

Even after submitting all the necessary documents, the claim was rejected and additional queries were raised. We submitted the required query documents, but we kept receiving emails stating that the documents had not been received. Additionally, there was no proper information available in the Star Health app, and all the data has been deleted, causing delays in the process. Overall, the customer support was not satisfactory, and the overall experience was disappointing

None of the apps of Star Health Company are good. The company's service is also not available properly on the app. Sometimes OTP issue occurs. Sometimes login is not possible. Sometimes it shows server problem. Sometimes it shows invalid. In terms of servicing in the insurance sector, Star Health is the most bogus and third class company. In terms of insurance games, this company's aim is to reject as many claims as possible. Due to this, common customers should definitely consider these things.
