requires "scanning" of passport in order to register, but will not, despite optimum camera placement and lighting, scan one's passport. instead, it just repeatedly tells you to "place the phone on the document please". In this day and age? Unacceptable. I could probably knock together a better image processing app in an afternoon.

This app is a joke! It is nothing but a badly written web wrapper. It can't even connect properly with my FPP number from United. It only redirects to their web site. No way to withdraw bookings made outside of the app. And on top of that they want my personal and biometric data? With this app that brings nothing but mistrust ? No f-ing way!!!

It was very frustrating, I spent an hour trying to get it to scan my British passport (it has a film over the page with holographic markings to make it tamper proof)! This app can't handle the glare/reflections and wants the page to fit in to the frame with zero tolerance precision! Totally useless and time wasting app. deserves negative ratings. So many 1 star reviews, but still the developers of this app don't get it! Avoid and get through the airport the usual way, much better.
