I hate that you cannot adjust the sound when you're listening to the TV with the tv streamer! it only goes up so loud and some shows don't have enough volume and I can't increase the volume on my hearing aids or their streamer device app! Eye wind noise if I turn up my hearing aids loud enough to hear people speak inside or out! The app has less options than my old hearing aids.

I used this app with The SoundGear HAs from Costco that are rebranded Starkey Edge. I'm disappointed with this app. Just a couple of problems: you can't enter the app without the hearing aid being paired by Bluetooth. If you're having trouble pairing, or want to look at your settings, you won't get help here. You can make custom programs that allow a little variation, but the hearing aid won't announce them as you cycle through with a button.

The programing with the help of SoundGear hearing aids with AI has created the best hearing aid I ever had in 30 years. watching how the hearing aid manages to adapt to your exact hearing test is so amazing. It is important to have a very correct hearing test performed. I was so surprised walking right out of the hearing center that I could hear so much better without any adjustments. Wearing hearing aids for so many years this was a great testament that I received the right hearing aid.

Your app experience has been enhanced to enable even more streaming options: New Auracast™ assistant helps you locate broadcast audio from public locations or Auracast-enabled devices (like TVs) and stream it to your hearing aids. This feature is available for LE Audio-compatible hearing aids.
