Starlux should really look at United app. It is so far the best airline app. The fact that starlux app can't remember an "added trip" is ridiculous, requiring re-entry everytime. Apparently, someone reported this issue in February this year and it is now May. Not sure how this app goes through its internal test before the final release. This is my first time booking Starlux and experience so far (before I even take the flight) is not good.

Marginally useful. It's won't keep you updated if your boarding gate changes. In fact the boarding gate is nowhere to be found in this app. Seems fundamental. A surprising oversight or lack of features.

Worst app. The app said to change the seat after check in. I did the check in still can't change seat. What the hell. When I book the flight ticket on the starlux website doesn't give me option to select seat. This is the worst airline. In bkk airport they don't even have their flight logo on the board. So hard to find. Avoid this airlines as much as possible.
