This application is so very consistently bad. I have the confirmation number and the e-ticket number, not the application accepts either. I had to use an alternative Chinese interface that pops up somehow to access my booking. Neither the app nor the website works at all.

convenient and neat. but sometimes a big update wiped user session. should look into it

It keeps telling me when I go in that it's connection Failure, confirm but never goes into the app.
