Starlux should really look at United app. It is so far the best airline app. The fact that starlux app can't remember an "added trip" is ridiculous, requiring re-entry everytime. Apparently, someone reported this issue in February this year and it is now May. Not sure how this app goes through its internal test before the final release. This is my first time booking Starlux and experience so far (before I even take the flight) is not good.

This airline has any stranded. I'm literally standing at the Alaska counter in Portland, Oregon and being starlux has accidentally put my last name as my first name and so they won't let me board my flight... And the app has crashed so I can't get live support and all the offices are closed. Absolutely crazy

my trips doesnt show on the app but it shows on the website. not good for international travel. american airlines has the best app for flight status, gate informaton, booking changes and eticket. maybe use them as a standard for your app if you are trying to be a luxury airline. just a feedback.
