Ratings and reviews

Poor Service, Faulty Charger and use less customer support. Most of d time your charger doesn't work n when it gets connected then It will be disconnect automatically n you'll be suggested by customer care to go once again to the charging point and replug d charger. When u do so even though It's not done, It may disconnect again. so It is like we're playing a game. How rubbish it is that when a person reach at home after working whole day, He should get engaged himself with STATIQ charger. 😡

This charging app is a fraud . They mailed me a one year free charge for 12 month . After 2 month they stopped giving the credit. If the charging is stopped . You will be charged extra for each session. Bad experience totaly

The customer support response is very poor. The ticket has been raised but no response and no action for almost a week. Just adding more on the basis of recent experience on customer support. I raised a complaint, they just closed it marking it resolved without even working on the resolution of the issue reported. Also in the mobile app, there is no option whereby one can reopen the ticket.
