Ratings and reviews

Very good in all respects but has 2 flaws - 1. It often gets stuck on"getting charging info" screen. 2. Lacks android auto. Now a competing app gives android auto support so that becomes easier and safe to use in the car. Will happily give 5 stars on these 2 updates.

Please don't use this service unless you don't have another choice. The app is extremely buggy, you have to reach out to customer service almost every single time and the availability of a working station is limited if you're on a long road trip.

Tried 3 different Statiq charging stations within 3km radius with not a single one working. no response from customer service. Worst part is I had to load money in the wallet only to realize none of the chargers work. There is no way to take the money back from the wallet either. Zeon is the only reliable charging network.
