Ratings and reviews

Statiq Miles is a scam. I had to pay 149 a month for it, and they don't give a 10% discount on every charger listed on Statiq, only Statiq charging stations. However, there's always a platform fee whenever you use this, which makes me think I should just use the default app where I don't have to pay platform fees and all.

Static deserved 5 stars over the past 2 years for its reliability, lower charging costs and the convenience of accessing multiple charging networks within one app. However, they have now introduced a hidden platform fee (₹1/kWh) that only appears on the invoice after the charging session. With charging prices already increasing, adding such undisclosed costs feels misleading. Because of this lack of transparency, I’ve switched back to using the individual apps for each charging provider instead.

The amount of pop-ups is getting ridiculous. On a road trip when you go from one charging station to the next, you can't start the next charge until you review the previous charge! The marketing monkeys have taken over the app. I hope a good competitor comes soon enough.
