Worst step syncing i have ever experienced. Tell me why I have to use two apps to sync my steps for another app? And why does this app take four minutes and fifty seven seconds to open? All I get is a green screen when I open it and then I have now been told more than once I am out of the game due to syncing issues....I passed all of my goals and still failed. This is probably the worst app I have ever used when it works.

great app & concept, difficult to use at times. support team very helpful when you run into issues. I wish you could customize goals (I would appreciate 2 rest days a week rather than 1). it would be cool if you could select difficulty and get larger/smaller payouts based on that. if you do stepbets back to back, goals seem to become completely out of reach very quickly. it's also worth noting that I got an overuse injury doing my first stepbet that I am still recovering from 1yr later.

horrible app. does not sync well with fitbit. I have had to do 500+ steps to get it to sync correctly recently. it is exhausting when my goals are already hard to achieve and I have to do so much extra. I have done over 10 rounds and never had a significant problem and they try to make it seem like IM the scammer when I advocate for myself with proof of steps. once this one is over I will not do any future bets. the "reward" of a few dollars is not worth the headache of the issues.
