Have used this app for years and loved how it kept me motivated. Sadly am canceling my membership. Because the premise relies on a third party (my case, FitBit), you run the very significant risk of losing a lot of money if there are problems with rhat third party. And, although they eventually issued me credits for the hundreds of dollars in games that I lost due to the hardware malfunction, the lack of customer service to even get credits was terrible. Be wary, if you decide to join.

Zero support. Reached out via email and within the game. I clearly made my goals, but the app never synced/updated, therefore I was disqualified. 3 weeks later there was an app update to resolve the sync issue. I'm extremely disappointed that no one responded to any of my requests, especially considering that I pay for the app. I will not be renewing my membership.

I have enjoyed it so far. I haven't become a member as I'm hesitant with the only way to cancel being via email. So many have complained about that- seems a little archaic. If they added a cancellation tab in the account section, I think it would be a 5 star app. I would think it would be a fairly easy fix, and as many have requested that and it hasn't been done, that makes me hesitate to join membership bc it seems like they don't want to make it easy.
