First experience was worst ever.my drop location was changed automatically and driver dropped in wrong location and asked too more fare to drop in correct location .customercare support also so poor that they didn't accept their app issue but made me to pay the high fare inspite of dropping me in wrong location.the duration of trip took 1 hr to reach the location but actual time was only 15 mins to reach.

Unreliable service. Booked a round trip. The driver was arguing that he'll only drop one way. The customer care responded they will change the driver/vehicle within 10 minutes. I waited for another hour and called the customer care thrice in this hour. In all these 3 conversations, the only thing they said is that we would be getting an alternate vehicle/driver within 10 minutes. At the end they didn't change the vehicle and stopped responding. I had to look for alternate means.

App Not at all opening after update provided. As you said I've reinstalled still the same problem. I guess there's issue with updated version. Kindly check 🙏
