The features it has are very helpful like remote start, able to see if doors are unlocked open, tire pressure, schedule appts and other things. Would be fantastic if it would send you a notification if say your door is unlocked when your fob isn't nearby. Instead, you have to manually refresh the app to see this. That part is very lame, having to manually refresh to see an update and no notifications like that. Also, the app takes like 4 to 5 seconds just to open which doesn't make sense.

Update2: been using for 5 years now and for some reason this winter it frequently fails to start my car. Really frustrating to get in a cold car when I thought it was already running and now need to wait. Original: Love the remote features. It's nice being able to start my car from my phone and not need another key fob. I wish I could let my Crosstrek run for more than 10 mins though. That is not very long when the temps are < 0. I need to drop a star cause this is the one main feature I use.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Bought a new vehicle 3 weeks ago, received what I thought was a great gift, this for 3 years, and it rarely works. It might start my car twice a week if I'm lucky. Always says my doors are ajar. They aren't. Absolutely worthless! Update as of 2/13/25. Somehow, they made this app even more inconvenient by having to type my password instead of using the pin. This is an app to start my car. Biometrics is not needed.

What’s new

•Improved Login Experience allows customers to remember their PIN for remote commands. Also allows biometrics to login into the app.
