*Subaru owners must have an active MySubaru Connected Services subscription to access remote services.

*Remote Engine Start is available on keyless access with push button start vehicles. Remote Engine Start with Climate Control is available on vehicles with keyless access with push button start and automatic climate control. Not available on vehicles with manual transmission.

*Service Scheduler function is not available for all Subaru retailers.

*24-hour roadside is included in standard 3-year warranty and after 3 years with a gold package.

This app is frustrating. It requires biometrics to save your password. Short of that, I have to enter my full email and password every time. It will not remember my login email. It will not remember that I just logged in 15 minutes ago, sorry. Mistyped a character somewhere? Sorry, type it all over again. It takes me around one minute with deft fingers to be able to remote start my car or unlock it, which I could more easily do walking out to my car in the first place.

Another update that degrades performance and usability. Still a big disappointment for the rebranding. And STILL, the fonts are so microscopic, you must actually memorize the positions of the buttons. and it's so, so, slow! In the time the app loads and authenticates me, I can walk 100m across the parking lot and open the windows manually.

I love the remote start feature, as well as being able to lock my car doors remotely, if I happen to forget to lock them earlier. I get notified of regular maintenance schedules, oil changes that are due, or even low tire pressure and low window washer fluids. It's just very convenient! I love this app!
