Ratings and reviews

The food was okay, but the app is broken and overcharges. Even with my correct location, the app fails to calculate distance and shows a low fee. Both times, the restaurant called later to demand 250 TK for a delivery other apps do for 100 TK. Also, the app took my first order but rejected the payment. I had to call the shop to confirm and pay manually via a mobile wallet. They need to fix these glitches.

worst app ever. after selecting an item, the cart shows zero item selected. even it is letting me to place an order without adding an item in the cart

the app is terrible. location findings doesn't work,orders get vanished even after I've successfully ordered.App doesn't refresh after an update made previously.order tracking also has many things to upgrade.It won't allow the user to manually select location. in ordering process theres only (delivery note) option to tell the delivery guy that its my location! the only process to tell is they'll call you and confirm it🫶
