Where's my reward level? My android app used to show it; now it's gone. The IOS app shows current status (how much left before your next reward) AND current reward level. I've reached out to support multiple times to try to check and never heard anything back. Logged onto my friend's app on her iphone and pulled everything up with zero effort. Ordering ahead is also frustrating. Half the time it glitches and says no menu avaliable during normal business hours. I have to quit and reload.

Easy to order and make modifications. Also, great to see rewards and apply if wanted. Only feedback is all food menu items aren't in the app, would be great to add the muffins or Croissants.

The app opens to a greenish screen with a Summit Coffee logo in the center of it but it never advances from there. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help.
