We have skills and educational resources that can help. 5MMH is designed so you can learn at your own pace, selecting only the topics that pique your interest and can help you each day. Create a customized learning experience with categories such as Anxiety, Boundaries, Communication, Grief, Goals & Values, and many more. Each video is 3 to 5 minutes long and provides easy-to-understand and powerful concepts that our therapists use every day in practice. This content is not a substitute for mental health counselling and is for educational purposes only. Many therapy clients find our videos useful in between sessions or as a complement to the work they are doing in therapy.
