Your app sucks. Every time there is an update on the app, it requires me to input my password and even though it is correct, the app will prompt that either the user name or password is incorrect. The info after logging in also takes forever to appear. I just wanted to check my account. Is this your strategy so that your clients will not check on their accounts? I tried to reset my password, but I cannot enter the last number of OTP. This is frustrating.

It's the most annoying app i have ever used. Frequent updates, which require the account holder to change password multiple times. You get lost and forget your own password due to frequent changes in passwords. There's nothing much in the app but payments, checking account balances. i would understand if this is a bank app where you can withdraw or move your money.

super bad experience w/ the app. no matter how many times I change the password carefully, it always becomes incorrect. even the OTPs are slow to come thru. how am I gonna pay my premium now? it might even lapse before this issue gets fixed. Update: Oct 2025 - still no progress with the app or feedback from the developers. still the same issue. this really sucks! it takes away my confidence to continue being partners with sunlife.
