The food was very good. Way better than Cuba for the price. Staff are not very friendly for the most part The entertainment was very good. The beach had huge boulders & big rocks in the water. So be careful you don't stub your toe. With booking you get 3 la carts we were told we could only have one cause they were all booked up. For the most part good trip. Enjoyed myself.

It's an absolutely useless app! Im trying to book Punta Cana from Vancouver in June and it's not possible to do so. Is it so hard to offer alternative dates or any alternative? Also, for Cuba, if you have flights only from Toronto and Montreal, is it so hard to offer some connection flights from Vancouver? It is unbelievable that you people don't have any common sense! Same thing for Jamaica in December! Offer me something, different dates, wherever, don't say no availability!

We flew during the transition from Sunwing to Westjet. There was some confusion about ehat was included (baggage, for example) but overall we had a great experience. Super flights, great staff during the flight, at the airport and resort.
