You guys have really messed this experience for us. The app logs me out randomly, and each time, I have to go through the rigorous process of e-mail verification all over again. The last update seems to be worse; the system logged me out and requested I input backup phrase. I've done that severally but it failed to back up on each occasion. Now, I can't access my tokens!

For days now since the last update, I've been unable to access my over wallet. Each time I open the app and input my pre-registered email address, and tick the "agree" boxes, after clicking continue, it takes me back to the "enter email address" page and the cycle continues like that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my app but the error continues. Please, rectify this problem.

Every since this recent update for the addition of the OverNode, I've been unable to login to my account after my first login. And during my first login, I wasn't even able to claim my over tokens about 500. After I exited the app, to login back in, it's always telling me to back up and after it will then say "failed backup" I've deleted and reinstalled like 5 times now and it's same thing. Can I know why?
