I use this as a sitter. it's a great app, but it could be approved upon. The app crashes/restarts any time I try to use the in-app camera function, so I just don't use it anymore. But leaving the app to use my phone camera makes the app refresh when I click back in. Not the biggest issue, but it is annoying that I have to scroll back through all my now expanded gigs and my uploaded photos don't always save. It'd be a nice feature if completed events stayed collapsed

overall fantastic app for my work as a pet sitter, but even with the most recent update, the app STILL won't play nice with my Samsung s21 ultra keyboard. I shouldn't have to download a new keyboard to use TTP when i never had to before. it's just frustrating and makes things take way longer. hoping they're still working on a true fix (yes I uninstalled then reinstalled 5 minutes ago. did not fix the issue.)

Hi there, we've recently released a new version of the app (3.2.21) that should resolve many of the issues on Samsung devices. Could you please try to uninstall and re-install the app to update to version 3.2.21 and see if that resolves the issue? This app is fabulous. I've been using it for about a month now and it really makes life easier when you work with a team of pet sitters. Functionality is great, haven't had a bug yet. A few feature requests: for employees who don't have access to editing a client's profile, a way to make your own notes for each client/pet instead of having to ask the boss to do it and a place to list all employees' contact info/phone number for easy access.
