I love that I can keep in contact with my pet Sitter HOWEVER this app is NOT suitable for Android especially since the last update. Messages freeze up and my keyboard will freeze up when I am trying to message. My sitter and I have had to resort to texting information due to this app not working. I have unistalled and reinstalled, logged out/logged in and nothing has changed.

Hi there, we've received some reports of this issue on Samsung devices running Android 13. We are working on a fix but in the meantime, you should be able to use Google's keyboard without any issue: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.inputmethod.latin

overall fantastic app for my work as a pet sitter, but even with the most recent update, the app STILL won't play nice with my Samsung s21 ultra keyboard. I shouldn't have to download a new keyboard to use TTP when i never had to before. it's just frustrating and makes things take way longer. hoping they're still working on a true fix (yes I uninstalled then reinstalled 5 minutes ago. did not fix the issue.)

Hi there, we've recently released a new version of the app (3.2.21) that should resolve many of the issues on Samsung devices. Could you please try to uninstall and re-install the app to update to version 3.2.21 and see if that resolves the issue? If the issue still persist, please email us at support@timetopet.com to continue troubleshooting.

App was great until this morning when my phone updated. A year later from a similar post, the app is still freezing while typing a message and has to be closed 7-8 times to finish. It is extremely frustrating. I am a pet sitter and must write notes to the clients after each visit. With a full day of visits, I am losing valuable time between appointments.

Hi there, we recently discovered that this issue has re-emerged with Android 13 on Samsung devices. The latest version of the app has just started rolling out which should resolve the issue. Could you try to uninstall and re-install to see if it updates to version 3.2.13? You can always contact us at support@timetopet.com for additional help.
