overall fantastic app for my work as a pet sitter, but even with the most recent update, the app STILL won't play nice with my Samsung s21 ultra keyboard. I shouldn't have to download a new keyboard to use TTP when i never had to before. it's just frustrating and makes things take way longer. hoping they're still working on a true fix (yes I uninstalled then reinstalled 5 minutes ago. did not fix the issue.)

Hi there, we've recently released a new version of the app (3.2.21) that should resolve many of the issues on Samsung devices. Could you please try to uninstall and re-install the app to update to version 3.2.21 and see if that resolves the issue? If the issue still persist, please email us at support@timetopet.com to continue troubleshooting.

This app is fabulous. I've been using it for about a month now and it really makes life easier when you work with a team of pet sitters. Functionality is great, haven't had a bug yet. A few feature requests: for employees who don't have access to editing a client's profile, a way to make your own notes for each client/pet instead of having to ask the boss to do it and a place to list all employees' contact info/phone number for easy access.

There are so many glitches & crashes with this app in the last two years. Last year a major error was freezing while writing the update and this year the common bug is that when you do attach all of the photos and click "Complete" to send, expect to have nearly all or ALL of the photos completed erased. This happens to multiple sitters on my team and it has been written about in sitter groups. They are extremely annoying and waste time when you're on a schedule to have to re-do it repeatedly!
