I used this app for over a week and now it won't scan packages. I have to take pictures all over again, every single package. Idk what happened, but it's straight trash now. It's holding me up, and I have to spend a few extra minutes each stop to get the thing to go to "delivered." I don't like the app, I think it's garbage and it needs to be fixed ASAP, Or I'm just not going to drive on it anymore. I'll tell you now... they steal money, that's a lawsuit. Already take more than we make.

it doesn't tell you how you get tracking information on email or text and when I pull up the app it's a driving app not a customer app

I agree plus when you get hold of someone they don't talk English you can't understand a word they say
