About this app

Swoop Shopper is the working app for Swoop Fulfilment Officers — the field agents who shop, pack and settle customer orders at the stores they're assigned to.

This is a staff app. You need a Swoop-issued account and at least one assigned store to sign in, so it won't be useful to the general public. If you want to order on Swoop, download the Swoop app instead.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
New orders arrive in real time. A full-screen alert wakes your phone with a distinct tone, even on the lock screen, and stays put until you respond — so nothing slips by while you're on the shop floor.

WORK SEVERAL STORES AT ONCE See every order across all your assigned stores in one list. Filter by status — New, Preparing, Ready, Completed, Cancelled — or search by customer name, order ID or store.

CONFIRM WHAT'S ACTUALLY ON THE SHELF
Walk the aisles and tick off each item and add-on as you find it. Short on a line? Drop the quantity instead of the whole item. Anything genuinely out of stock you flag, along with how long it'll be unavailable, and the customer decides what happens next. You'll be notified when they answer — and you're free to work other orders while you wait.

PAY THE STORE FROM YOUR PHONE
Settle the bill by bank transfer without leaving the app. Pick the store's account, review the payable amount and account details, confirm, then watch the transfer complete live with a reference you can copy.

HAND OFF CLEANLY
Mark the order ready, see the assigned rider's details, and use the pickup PIN to verify the handoff.

REACH ANYONE IN ONE TAP
Call or copy contact details for the customer, the store or the rider straight from the order.

KEEP THE CATALOGUE CURRENT
Add and edit products with photos from your camera or gallery, set prices, tags and stock status, and organise everything into categories, modifier groups and modifiers.

Answers to common questions sit inside every order screen, alongside a direct line to support, a callback request, and a guided cancellation flow for the orders that truly can't be completed.
