I wish I could recommend this app but I just can't. In general, it's okay and good enough to get me to purchase premium, but there are so many basic UX blunders all over the place that have slowly grated on me over time. Please focus on usability, actually listen to your customers (I'm expecting a generic "email us with your concerns" response to this, for example...), use your own app to see how annoying it is day-to-day!! For now, you've lost a customer, unless you really change things up

I already paid don't need your constant notifications about selling me the caravan extension. It's infuriating but not worth 1 star alone. What does is the map quality. I don't drive a lot but already had 4 times when it wanted me to drive onto nonexistent or under construction roads. Then instead of turning off at the next highway exit it wants to take me for a 50 kilometer detour. I like the UI but this just makes it unusable.

I think it is one of the better navi apps but the Landscape mode is terrible ! There's just too much space taken up with overlaid windows and an off-centre icon. Please Sygic - give us an option to hide all those onscreen annoyances. I use Sygic on a motorbike and being able to just see the guidance line and a much fuller screen would be fantastic and only require a brief glance to view. I speak to lots of other bikers and this is one of their main problems with nav apps
