I'm the child here. Personally, the app is fairly effective at keeping me under control. The only problem is it has a lot of bugs, annoys my parents to no end with the interface and work arounds, and sometimes blocks apps that it was fine with only a few hours prior. It also doesn't do the best job at telling my parents when I want a time extension. Overall not a bad app, just not the most user friendly.

The latest release would be great if it retained the settings after they're saved. Every time I make changes, it appears they've been applied then my kids phones are locked and I go back and sure enough they're default settings again. I guess it's time to move on to another provider. It has actually been working well before this rebuild, but it is worthless at the moment.

Does not work at all. It only took my 9th grader a few weeks to figure out how completely bypass the whole thing. It doesn't matter how much we try to restrict his phone usage, he can pretty do whatever he wants. Update 1/28: We tried that. He's learned that if he keeps clicking on apps they will eventually open. If he leaves certain apps open (like Messager) he can still use them after the his time is up or in the middle of the night.
