It sort of works sometimes. It often doesn't capture passwords when I enter them. I need to manually keep a list of passwords which defeats the purpose of the app. It doesn't remember new passwords when I update them. This is even true when Norton suggests a password. I have an unintelligible password that's not kept by the app. Great. Sometimes it works though. I haven't been able to figure out how to get it to work consistently.

When I first starting using the app it worked fine, up until I tried to get back into my vault. I filled in my username and it accepted that. When I went to put in my vault password, it wouldn't accept it. Checked my "hint" then put in what I thought was the correct one, but low and behold according to them, it was wrong! I expected better from Norton, I use them to protect my devices as well as my personal info, and they do a great job, but not with this app.

The movement from LastPass to Norton was horrible. I ended up with a ton of duplicates and my comments didn't move over either. Sometimes (not often) there are delays in receiving the approval to open on another device, so probably a server issue. The notes should allow for more characters. Sometimes doesn't autofill some apps, but in general, I'm happy with this app. I know how horrible Norton tech support can be so fortunately I haven't had to use them.
