Sync failed. Please try again later. I get this all the time and it won't sync so that I can't see my current vault contents using a PC. I pay for Norton security so there shouldn't be any of this. Please fix. Update 20/06/16. App always updated to latest version. Email address the same across both platforms. Viewing each note on a PC browser prompts a sync but it's a couple of weeks old?
Has bugs Always has sync problems, also will lock you out for an hour because of signing out and back in stating you have exceeded incorrect login in attempts even though they are not incorrect. Room for a lot of improvement, but still a good app to store passwords
Really helpful- except when it crashes which fortunately is not very often. Why can't I download it on my desktop? That would even be more helpful. Anxious to hear how they will make that work. ...still waiting to be able to download on my Windows 10 computer. PLEASE fix this! I keep having to go to my mobile phone or tablet to get important information from this app. Getting irritated.
Windows 10 entries do not sync with web site password mgmt or mobile devices. I have to enter data in both Win 10 and web site in order for both to match. There is no way to import/export a .dat file with the mobile devices or the web site app. I have over 90 security IDs. This is cumbersome and inefficient and not like the Norton I have used for several years now. Please guys, let's get this product to work like it's the 21st century digital age we've all come to depend on for so many things. I need this so bad. And my spouse needs it even more. If it's simple she'll use it. She keeps all her passwords in a notebook, you know, the paper kind. Thank you so much
Good app but needs improvement Update 6/20/2016 I do keep the app updated anytime I received notice there is an update my version is 184.108.40.2063. With the most recent update I was also getting a notice to log out and log back into my Norton account which I did not do. That notice has stopped popping up, but I still get the unable to sync notice. Update 6/14/2016 good app, but Norton still can't fix the problem with app not being able to sync to my account. Only way for me to stop getting the message is to uninstall and reinstall. Then it works fine for a while. Update 3/2/2016 still get the error "app cannot sync". Only way to correct it is Uninstall app and re-install. Once I log into my Norton account all the passwords are restored. The error happens after using the app a few times. I save all my passwords in the safe and works good for that. However, they need to correct the error message you get after using it several times. The message says it cannot sync your account. The only way to correct the error is to unstall and reinstall the app. This has been happening for a long time. Noton doesn't seem to care about correcting the problem.
It was good but.. I have just replaced my s6 due to it being faulty and not only did the app not sync some passwords now when i open some pages it automatically opens the app and makes me enter my 4 digit passcode. Why?!! Please help as it's disconcerting.
