FEATURES

As an employee:
• Add shifts during self-scheduling periods.
• Request open shifts and trade.
• View your schedule and request time off.
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.
• View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off your timecard and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars.

As a manager:
• View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking.
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars.

The most inconvenient app on my phone. Genuinely faster to boot my work laptop and clock in online. This app is supposed to do one thing, and it fails at that constantly. The dev team needs to be FIRED. I've seen test builds made by students that perform better than this app. The amount of times I've clocked in late just because this app won't work is crazy. Symplr should be paying THE CONSUMER for putting up with their garbage product. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Awful since the new update. I'm entering email twice, manually entering a lengthy password along with that, and then makes me open Duo to finish the sign in process. Even then, sometimes I need to start the process all over again. It can take me upwards of 3 minutes just to clock in. Once I'm at work, I now clock in and out on my computer. However, that makes even more work for the person in charge of payroll. Why take away the biometric feature and lengthen the process?

Sucks without Biometric sign in. For some unknown reason they took the biometric sign in away and now it's such a pain to use. you have to enter your user ID not once, but twice. WHY?? I can't figure out how to get it to save my password, it saved a random one and now I can't fix it. My entire department HATES this app now and we are forced to use it.
