As an employee:
• Add shifts during self-scheduling periods.
• Request open shifts and trade.
• View your schedule and request time off.
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.
• View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off your timecard and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars.

As a manager:
• View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking.
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars.

Ratings and reviews

It mostly depends on your employer and their comfort level with getting the app info. I will say they should have a tutorial for where things are. I have had a great experience viewing my schedule, requesting days off and picking up shifts. however I just tried to log in, I can't. I logged in earlier with no problem, so at least an indication as to why it's not letting me log in would be appreciated.

Not helpful in the way it should be. I want to just click the app, see when I work, and who I work with. I get automatically signed out and whenever that happens the app doesn't let me sign in until I uninstall and reinstall. There's no use in me having this app. If I could just see the above details and move my shifts directly to Google Calendar via csv, THEN I would use it.

since the update, it is the most obnoxious, tedious thing to clock in to work and if this app isn't used, you get written up for using the web version. I have to try signing in at least 3 separate times and use duo to verify EVERY. SINGLE. LOG IN. I used to be able to use my biometrics to sign in and it was easy to access and use. now its absolutely terrible
