FEATURES

As an employee:
• Add shifts during self-scheduling periods.
• Request open shifts and trade.
• View your schedule and request time off.
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.
• View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off your timecard and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars.

As a manager:
• View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking.
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars.

The update is horrible on the eyes. Looking at my schedule vs the department is not easy. The previous display was easier to navigate; the grid was symmetrical and colored. Looking at the basic font against a white background is challenging. It would be better to have a dark option in the settings... but the settings are very limited as well.

nothing but issues since the update in December! Just to clock in/out i have to type email twice, then password, then go to duo, then back to symplr, log in, and then clock. and that's if it's actually working. ill do the process multiple times only to get an error. it takes a minimum of 2 minutes to clock in or out. it's ridiculous!

Since the latest update, this app has made it difficult to sign in. they enabled biometrics with the update, but it only work for a little while after signing in. That means I have to sign in and out every day by inputting my email twice, my password, and a verification code. EVERY TIME. The update has made the app significantly worse.
