It's a great app overall and works really well for syncing my files. However, I accidentally deleted an important folder and was shocked to discover there's no trash bin or recycle folder to recover deleted files. This feels like a basic feature that should be included by default in any cloud storage service. Adding a trash/recovery option would prevent a lot of stress and data loss for users. Please consider implementing it!

The syncing itself is reliable, but the app UI is laggy and suffers from problems similar to the OneDrive app: A) No scrollbar/side navigation, so browsing large folders problematic & worsened by B) you can't search only in the current folder. C) Having Copy is great, but a warning if the file already exists where it's being copied would be even better. D) There is no reverse-order sorting (Z-A, oldest-newest) or size sorting.

This app does exactly what it says it will. I can browse my files right from my phone anywhere. The 5 stars is because of their customer service and development team. I have had 2 problems in the years I have had them and they are quick to answer and even quicker to solve the problems. I don't ever see leaving them!
