Great feature for Synology NAS users I have two 920+ boxes, and Active Insight keeps me informed on shutdowns vs power failures, low disk or memory, and issues with malfunctioning disks. If I were a.medium to large shop this would probably have other ways of being done, but I am alone to keep my personal boxes running for local storage, remote access, email, colab apps, photo galleries etc. It is simple, and works perfectly

Says it monitors system health -- it doesn't, except for HDD temperature. On the website it says it's for monitoring and managing your systems in real time -- it's not real time, and you can't manage anything about your system through it. All it does is send you notifications when your power goes out or your internet gets disconnected.

I really don't understand the requirement for the app. Possibly for an IT Pro who's monitoring multiple NAS units but it's pointless for the personal or SOHO user which I believe would be the bulk of Synology users. The DS finder app has parallel information and more functionality making this app redundant. Uninstalled.
