some items are expired already.. the staff must check it before selling the product. The cashier must learn how to smile while interacting with the costumers. but , I love shopping at big C due to some promotion and discounted products. you must have free wifi at the cashier to open the big c application to redeem any coupon. thank you

I have lost 100s of points because they don't train their cashier properly. The cashier informed me a few times I can use the coupon but later apologizing that I can't use it because I have some items that are not included. The search also sucked. If I search for a Big C coriander pack then I get everything except the coriander pack.

Please could you make it more user friendly 🙏 I always face a log out problem. The app doesn't keep you session for long, authentication token TTL is too short. I have to log in every time when I open my app. I come to the Big C shop, open my app to show my loyalty program bar code and I can't show it because the app kick me out. And I have to show my phone number or log in again in the app. It takes time and I get the side-eye from the people in the queue.
