some items are expired already.. the staff must check it before selling the product. The cashier must learn how to smile while interacting with the costumers. but , I love shopping at big C due to some promotion and discounted products. you must have free wifi at the cashier to open the big c application to redeem any coupon. thank you

Great promotions, but a completely unreliable online ordering service. My first order arrived two hours past the scheduled delivery window with zero notification. My second order—paid for as express delivery—was delayed by a day due to stock issues, after which the store instructed me to contact customer service myself to cancel it. Poor inventory management, uncommunicated delays, and an unhelpful resolution process. Unacceptable service overall.

I have lost 100s of points because they don't train their cashier properly. The cashier informed me a few times I can use the coupon but later apologizing that I can't use it because I have some items that are not included. The search also sucked. If I search for a Big C coriander pack then I get everything except the coriander pack.
