Buggy at checkout. As a picky eater I like this app because it makes it very easy to customize while avoiding miscommunication and being a hassle in the drive through. However, more often than not now, I put my order in and the very last step it says something went wrong. At least you can still scan your points in from your receipt. I will give a higher review when this is fixed.

Great for customization and rewards, plus the online exclusive deals. There is always a bug at checkout, however, and with this update, Google Pay won't work. I can select it, but for some reason I am unable to click pay after selecting it. It's like the app isn't recognizing it as a selectable option and it just becomes a "Pay Now" jpeg. Will update review upon resolution. Edit: after reinstalling the app twice, the problem is now fixed. Not sure what it was, but this isn't the first time.

Terrible app. There are plenty of problems with this app, but the most important issue is: After you select all your food, enter your info (including your credit card info), and hit checkout...It tells you the app is having an internal error and you can't complete the order! It has done this multiple times even after reinstalling the app. I could complain about a whole lot more, but since you ultimately can't order anything anyway, I'll just leave it there.
