App/device doesn't work. Period. 6 months with this thing and it's checked in once; and via wifi. I have 15 years experience in IT and software security and development, so I can assure you it's not a user issue. Perfect line of sight, cell signal, and set up the device per instructions. Still no device check-in. Garbage.

A Google user
With the latest update, app immediately crashes after I log in. I have been using the service for about 2-3 months and I have to say that I have been really disappointed with the feature-set, the web app is terrible, the documentation on how to setup everything is even worse (inconsistencies, and mostly out of date). I wish I would have read the coomments here before I invested in this product.

We recently added geofence as a feature. Also, we monitor crashes and give fixing them high priority.
Could you elaborate on what features you would like to see in our app?
We plan on launching a new type of device with new and improved capabilities and a new app with new functionality fairly soon. A lot of it will be based on user feedback. :)

Disappointed, not working as expected. I have had it for more than a year now, and it is slow to use and often does not update position at all. I was also hoping for frequent updates and new features, but haven't seen much. One tracker broke and they replaced it (took about 6 weeks), but the new one unfortunately seems even worse. Now the app started refusing to open with a warning about insecure connection, even after i wiped data and reinstalled the app.
