Ratings and reviews

They have been very good of late. Delivery is fast and customer service is very good. Upgrading to 5 stars as they now accept my US credit cards, and I'm loving the pro service. Downgrading my review because they have now made it impossible to reach customer support. If I have an issue with an item and try to get a refund, I get an error message with no option to chat with someone. I'm canceling my pro-subscription and switching to Snoonu.

It used to be good app with good selection of restaurants but now whenever a restaurant gets very low rating it just reset and back to high rating also they deleted talk to an agent for problem solving which I don't understand why other that they know that there are problems with the selected restaurants but they don't care anymore... Money is more important than the customer.. It really becoming a very bad app

I have been using talabat for years now, and I don't remember when did the feature of talking to an agent disappear, but seriously I have been getting damaged goods and spilled food and I can't even place a complaint! It gives an error! And please understand that I don't need a refund sometimes I need the item to be replaced! The refund does not compensate me for the extra fees and delivery!!! Please fix this issue, this is very frustrating!
