This review is about the company, not the app's functionality. Once I got into the app, I determined it was not a good fit for me. Within 1 day of purchasing, I canceled the subscription and asked for a refund which was denied per their policy. When purchasing a product that doesn't fit, it is reasonable to expect a refund upon return. This no refund policy should be stated as a clear warning at the time of purchase. Alternatively they could offer a free trial. Disappointed. Dissatisfied.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! No clear, easy way to cancel subscription, no notification of upcoming subscription charges, small print t&cs in amongst the barrage of upsells during sign up process, then boom $150 per month!!! Stubborn, unhelpful customer service. Total rip off for generic content. Less time constantly telling customers they're wrong, more time building basic transparent functionality that outlines what subscription they're on, when it expires and a way to self cancel.

signed up for a 1 week trial at £10, thought I'd read the t&Cs and immediately checked 'subscriptions' in play app to check I wasn't going to be charged again. didn't use the app as I didn't really like the plan. 1 month later I was not only charged for another month, but also a 1-2-1 subscription I never signed up for in the first place. I emailed to dispute the charges and was told nothing could be done. I absolutely dispute that you can charge for a service I never signed up for
