Payments and Renewal

You can download the app, sign-up, complete the personalization, and see preliminary results for free. Further use requires a subscription.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. I tried a trial of this, then tried to stop it and couldn't find an obvious way to do so. I researched it and everything said canceling it was worded weirdly, but it was in the app, so I did that and thought it was done. It was NOT! they charged me over $300 over June and July, and now they say that you can't even cancel it in the app and it is $105 per 4 weeks!!! The app is nothing special, just a series of exercises. They refused to refund any of my money. Do NOT download!

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app. It's a complete chore to even open this app. It's usually just a blank white page. I've tried opening it from the play store which only works occasionally. I've been trying to open it so I can cancel my subscription, but haven't been able to. I even went to subscriptions in Google, but it doesn't show up there. My deadline to cancel is tomorrow.

Canceling was painless, which I really appreciated after trying other fitness apps that make you jump through hoops. The process took two minutes, my access stopped immediately after the cancellation date, and there were no follow up charges or sneaky attempts to re-bill me. I got what I needed from the program over three months and felt comfortable leaving without any friction or guilt trips from the company..
