Payments and Renewal
You can download the app, sign-up, complete the personalization, and see preliminary results for free. Further use requires a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I was one day past the renewal date and had forgotten to cancel my subscription. I contacted the app immediately to cancel and requested a refund, as I had not meant to renew. I was told that the renewal process is fully automated and that no refunds could be given. As the subscription fee was over $220, this has turned into a very expensive lesson. While I understand that subscriptions auto renew, some flexibility or consideration would be nice.

recipes are good. I only thought I had subscribed for a set period of time and that it would be a one off payment. I have been billed £37 and no idea what for. I cant see anywhere in the app or on play store where I can cancel this subscription. Contacted via email currently waiting on a response.

I tested Harmony Diet mainly to see if the billing was fair. The charges were completely accurate each month and when I clicked to stop the service it canceled instantly. It is a relief to find an application that does not try to charge you after you leave!
