Very poor app performance. The app is extremely slow and keeps lagging all the time. Pages take too long to load, messages don’t open properly, and the overall user experience is frustrating. Even after recharge, the app doesn’t work smoothly. Totally disappointed. Waste of time and money.

Most profiles appear offline for months, but the app shows them as active within a few weeks. There is no proper response from the bride’s side, they seem online but do not view or reply to messages, how come?. Many profiles feel fake, yet the app keeps calling to push membership upgrades 🥴. In my opinion, do not buy a membership here. Instead, try the Tamil Shaadi app, which offers more features, real contacts, active profiles, faster replies, and lower prices

I had a very poor experience. After purchasing the membership, there was no proper response from customer care, and I faced multiple technical issues while using the app. The premium membership is not worth the cost.
