Having a large user base, this has to be the app with the worst user experience. Can't use the app for straight 10mins. The app won't respond after 10mins. You have to close the app and come back later to continue where you left. Do you guys even have an engineering team? collecting a lot of money for subscription and not even providing value for what we pay. Honestly having a frustrating experience.

Creating a profile is easy, but finding real and compatible matches is very difficult. The app feels more focused on subscriptions and follow-ups than helping users connect genuinely. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with this matrimony service. After paying for a premium subscription through guidance of chat service, I realized they’ve introduced a “profile highlighter” feature—but conveniently hid the future pricing details at the time of purchase. This feels misleading and borderline deceptive. When users pay for premium, they expect transparency and full access—not surprise add-ons and hidden costs later.
