Worst experience i don't buy any pack, membership customer care tells them they can't do anything, No new profiles are shown, No privacy , You are stuck, No REFUND option , Whenever I complain about it they don't take it serious So totally disappointed. Lastly, don't waste your time and money.

Worst experience i don't receive any profile according my preference. Membership time they said they semt daily 14 recommendation but when i bought membership customer care tells they can't do anything No new profiles are shown only old profiles are available which are active 3 or 6 months ago. Strict filter option doesn't work. Whenever I complaint about it to customer care they said they need to update but after updated there are no new changes So totally disappointed.

My review based on the paid members ship because i am using other matrimony sites also. Cons 1- Not so user friendly on both desktop and mobile. 2- even after paid membership i am getting several popup asking for be a paid member. 3- every profile is showing online to me raised a issue with cc team. 4- you can send 50 request daily even after paid membership. 5- Even for basic information like package you have to gone through complete profile whereas it should be on main page.
