Its nice app. I don't know why they have separate app for online shopping. Supposed to have same app for promotions/discounts and online shopping.

I think it is OK, but I am still learning how to navigate it. If it is within your budget, I suggest you establish and announce a periodic meeting (monthly, maybe) for a different group of customers each time to inform them of the special offers for the upcoming time-period using the application as the base of presentation. At the same time seek their overall suggestions. This way you show the customers that they are special to the organisation and the individuals who are managing it.

it ok, some prices is good but some time you are not updated properly. your discounted rate is not applicable in your outlet. so many people are not checking prices. Only trust you. more maximum products, no anyone check the invoice, but a few items I check the prices. I find your systems are not seriously updated.
