More often unreliable than not. I've been using it off and on for a few years. Was decent in the beginning around 2023, but the transfers are never anywhere near 30 minutes. There's always some problem that requires contacting support. Randomly after 2 years they pause a transaction pending you uploading verification documents including your photo ID picture. Even then, transfers will sit for 2-3 days in pending, and there's always an excuse blaming the third party processor so no guarantee

Performance sways between reliable and frustrating. Starting process and first payment is confusing and delays happen without the customer knowing they need to upload verification documents for transfer to go through. After these hoops, remmittance can range from being fast (minutes) to frustrating again being delayed with their partners. Hence, the so-so reliability.

Easy to use. I still need a bit more features so I can link it with the other apps I use, like a wallet and capability to send money back to recipient. Will be majorly useful if I can replace Paypal with this to receive advertisement earnings from my channels or receive commissions from U.S. with just a link.
