Absolutely terrible airline. The costs of a checked bag is criminal. I was racing to catch their flight (my initial flight arrived late) and had to pay for a bag. They had me running to the atm because they demanded I pay in cash, and of course didn't have change. And to add insult to injury I had to pay at a kiosk on the other side of a large airport. You will save money booking other airlines. I would choose the most inconvenient flight possible over ever flying with this airline again.

The worst app ever. So is the website(the online/mobile check-in is not visible, nobody cares about company info when in a rush!). In the app, the ticket number is formed by a series of digits that do not fit in the case, so you have to figure out yourself that you need to remove the first 3 digits. Choosing the seat number is not visible. The boarding pass is a joke as sms!! Is small in a corner, and the general info is huge, not mobile friendly. No info about baggage allowance in ur ticket!

One of the worst airline apps I've ever used. No gate information, no delay information.. Total trash, avoid this airline at all costs..
