About this app

Task Tamer is a checklists and tasks app for people with work to close. You write down what there is to do, decide what comes first, and the rest stays out of the way.

ORGANIZATION THAT HOLDS UP
Folders to keep projects apart. Tags to cut across them. Sections to split a long list into its parts. Priorities and due dates to settle what comes first. Every task carries notes and attachments: the photo of the meter, the PDF of the contract, the address you do not want to look up again.

TODAY, WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT
The home screen shows what is overdue and what is due today, ordered by deadline. It is not the list of everything: it is the list for today.

WHEN A LIST IS DONE
Tick the last item and Task Tamer asks one thing: where the list goes now. Keep it on Home, move it to Completed, or archive it, and start a fresh copy if the same work comes back tomorrow. You can have it do the same every time for that list.

SHIFTS AND THE CALENDAR
Plan your shifts and see them next to your deadlines, month by month.

FOCUS MODE
A focus timer for the list in front of you. Pause, resume, and get a notification when the time is up. For the hour when the list has to get shorter.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
A PIN or biometric lock on the way in. A vault keeps confidential lists apart from the rest: they do not appear on the home screen or in search, and opening them needs authentication. The PIN is held encrypted in the device's own secure storage.

START ON THE PHONE, CARRY ON AT THE DESK
The account is the same on Android and on the web at app.maujr.com, and the lists follow: write a task while waiting for the bus and it is on the computer when you get there. Offline you can still create and complete tasks; when the connection returns, it syncs.

METRICS
From what you actually did: your completion pace, consecutive active days and peak hours.

THE ASSISTANT
Ask in writing for what would be slower to tap: create a list, set due dates, find out what is due today. Simple changes happen straight away, with a receipt of what was done; deleting or clearing a list always asks first.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
You can export a copy of everything we hold, or keep a local backup, from the app's settings. You can delete your account from inside the app: it is held for 30 days in case you change your mind, then erased. We do not sell your data.

FREE, AND WHAT PREMIUM ADDS
Task Tamer is free, with no time limit on the Android app. The free plan includes everything above, with 20 assistant requests a month and 20 attachments stored at a time. The web app is free for the first 7 days after you create your account.

The free plan shows ads in the Android app. They sit in their own space, never inside a list.

Premium is a Google Play subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial. It adds:

• Cloud backup to your own Google Drive or OneDrive

Restoring a backup you already have stays free. Cancel at any time in Google Play.
