About this app

Task Tamer is a lists and tasks app for people with work to close. You write down what there is to do, decide what comes first, and the rest stays out of the way.

ORGANISATION THAT HOLDS UP
Folders to keep projects apart. Tags to cut across them. Priorities and due dates to settle what comes first. Every task carries notes and attachments — the photo of the meter, the PDF of the contract, the address you do not want to look up again.

TODAY, WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT
The home screen shows what is overdue and what is due today, ordered by deadline. It is not the list of everything: it is the list for today.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
A PIN or biometric lock on the way in. A vault keeps confidential lists apart from the rest: they do not appear on the home screen or in search, and opening them needs authentication. The PIN is held encrypted in the device's own secure storage.

START ON THE PHONE, CARRY ON AT THE DESK
The account is the same on Android and in the browser, and the lists follow: write a task while waiting for the bus and it is on the computer when you get there. Offline you can still create and complete tasks; when the connection returns, it syncs.

CALENDAR AND METRICS
Deadlines seen by month. And, from what you actually did, your completion pace, consecutive active days and peak hours.

THE ASSISTANT
Ask in writing for what would be slower to tap: create a list, set due dates, find out what is due today. The assistant proposes, shows you what it is about to do, and acts only once you confirm.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
You can export a copy of everything we hold from the app's settings, and delete your account from inside the app. No advertising, no selling of data.

PREMIUM
Task Tamer is free. There is an optional subscription, monthly or annual, with a free trial, that lifts the limits of the free version. It is managed in Google Play and can be cancelled at any time.

What’s new

Task Tamer moves from closed testing to full release. This update: the assistant now answers "how do I..." questions directly, tag and folder colours save more reliably, lists without a custom icon get a clearer default one, the privacy policy and app rating are easier to find in Settings, and the Free/Premium comparison table reads properly in light mode. The web app now replies in your own language, not always Portuguese.
