No Trip feature. "The current system provides only 'nearby' charger information, which is often unhelpful as it doesn't consider the vehicle's direction of travel and suggests chargers in the opposite direction. A crucial improvement would be the implementation of a trip planning feature that allows users to search for and identify chargers specifically along their intended route."

The app is good, easy to use, performance is also good. But majority time got a message soc not connected and auto stopping charging. So had to reconnect again. Where other company chargers go fluently without any disturbance.

They put out more chargers just to look good in numbers, but they're either broken or super slow. The ones in the showrooms are in the worst spots, and the power keeps cutting out.
