Ratings and reviews

The app was great before 25th of this month now. when I try to see info on the customer it brings me back to add Username and password all over again.

Crashes whenever I try to replay to a guest. won't save user name or password. if I didn't need this for work, I wouldn't use it.

app shuts down a lot and I can't even touch the review side only the survey. Yall need alot of work on this. Great start though.
