Horrible experience! I've been using this app for a long time now, and I can confidently say it's one of the worst shopping apps out there. The delivery people are extremely rude and unprofessional—every time I place a big order, they complain in the most impolite way. On top of that, when I try to add a note to my order via customer service, they never actually add it. They expect you to call them after every single order to repeat the same note. I'm done with it! 👎👎👎

Every single time I order from tawseel there is a problem! Either the order is very late, or item missing, or items spoiled! It is very weird I wished for one time only to order without headache!

As if the app options and usability weren't bad enough, now we have forced haptic feedback that can't be turned off at all! Unacceptable. fix it in the next update. The remodeling only fixed looks not usability making things worse in many cases. You had a chance to improve and this is what you chose! Don't get me started on the actual service. At least it's the lesser of all evils which is a very low bar
