They always "forget" something! 1 piece out of 2 is missing (ordered 2 products received 1) or you receive a different size than the one you ordered (200ml water instead of 500ml). It happened 5 times already so it's definitely not a mistake or stupidity of the employees ... Thieves!

Horrible experience! I've been using this app for a long time now, and I can confidently say it's one of the worst shopping apps out there. The delivery people are extremely rude and unprofessional—every time I place a big order, they complain in the most impolite way. On top of that, when I try to add a note to my order via customer service, they never actually add it. They expect you to call them after every single order to repeat the same note. I'm done with it! 👎👎👎

The frozen food arrived completely thawed. This raises concerns about how the order was stored and handled during delivery. on line waiting for customer service to respond 16Min in call and still no response. WhatsApp customer service, no response to any queries.
