as usual, it did not work when needed. first it logged me out without any indication on the main screen -- just refused to place order when i try, when i sorted this out, did not go further than selecting tariff.

The app decides the requested locations on its own and the gps used by the drivers is awful. They always come to the wrong location and they always try to justify by saying the app gave them a wrong location. I think this is the last time I will be using their services.

Thank you for your feedback. The pickup address is always chosen and confirmed before sending a request. If a driver arrives at a different spot, we can check what happened - please contact us through the app. We work daily to improve GPS accuracy and the overall experience.

I hate this app. The way the pick up and destination addresses are selected is frustrating. Also, asking customers to pay a "high demand fee" is laughable - you either can make the route or you can't. Deleting it - Volt is so much better.

Thank you for your feedback. The app lets you adjust pickup and destination, and we’re constantly improving this flow. The high-demand tip appears only when there are no nearby cars and helps pull one from farther away. If you share trip details via the app, we’ll review and assist right away.
