I ordered a taxi to write about 3 km. I saw that ETA is 8 minutes. it was too long, so I preferred to walk. so I canceled to the ride almost instantly. then I was banned for 24 hours. what's the problem to cancel ride in this situation? i bet driver even haven't started in my direction. Ok, you can fine me with some amount of money, but to ban?

Terrible app. Doesn't have the right addresses in there for destinations causing me to pay more than what was agreed in the end
