The app sometimes is acting funny but in general i don't experience issues. Only once i waited 20+ minutes with extended search and 5 euro additional tip and still, no taxi. Otherwise i am using it almost every morning for a super short route but they are still coming 😅 I can suggest to be added Schedule a trip feature like there is in another taxi app. Yes, some drivers are trying to take the longer route but in my case i am prepared and i say from where we should go, which they should ask.

the drivers are scamming, the app plays dumb and does not reimburse the bill. taxi drivers write whatever they feel like. i had several cases where they write off 1-10euros and because its automatic payment they think its all done. i have blocked my payment toward the app, until they fix the drivers scamming ways. its not worth it. I rather call Yellow or OK....

Stupid app, no way to correct phone number and no way to contact support without having done one trip.
