Ratings and reviews

drivers are a hit and miss, estimated prices are always lower than what you end up paying. Taxime has also recently added a "high demand fee" charging a "tip" which costs almost as much as the ride which is not clearly visible. ideally just avoid taxis in general in Sofia, but if you must use Yellow.

Pathetic UI and almost non-existent support. I am not able to complete a payment despite trying with at least 5 credit/debit cards. All the cards worked normally at other outlets when I was in Sofia. I only get a generic message that "retry transaction failed". I have been trying to reach support but can't find a quick way. The only way is to use the feedback option but they take forever to reply and since I'm in a different timezone, by the time I can reply they close the chat.

I hate this app. The way the pick up and destination addresses are selected is frustrating. Also, asking customers to pay a "high demand fee" is laughable - you either can make the route or you can't. Deleting it - Volt is so much better.
