Pre-check in doesnt work, room service through the app doesnt work, rooms are hot at night to the point I was sweating throughout the night, you can't reserve the restaurants like other smaller hotels, you can't even see the buffet hours. Amazing. What is the point of this app. The app from the Dominican Republic was WAY better. You could do everything with the app.

It's a pretty useless app... and it really needs more development. If you're going to include an interface for the property map, make sure it's not a pdf. Actually add a native interactive map for ease of use. None of the restaurants or facilities were listed. Menus are not listed either. Room service feature would have been great but it would take two+ hours for actual delivery. If you're going to include the actives, make sure you list out a description and include where in the resort it is.

Cannot get app to work at all to view room service menu or anything else. Entered code multiple times only to get a permanent "loading" symbol that never lets me into the app. Needs a major update
