About this app

The TD Authenticate™ app is a Two-Step Verification method for your EasyWeb®, WebBroker® or TD Business Central™ Canadian online banking applications.

Simply download the app and follow the registration process to connect your account and device to the TD Authenticate app.

Once you've registered, you can generate a security verification code in the TD Authenticate app while online or offline (not connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network), without the need for texts or phone calls.

This confirms it's really you accessing your EasyWeb, WebBroker or TD Business Central online banking.

The TD Authenticate app is for use with EasyWeb, WebBroker and TD Business Central. For other TD apps or digital platforms, please use the Two-Step Verification services they provide. We are working on enhancing the TD Authenticate app, as well as onboarding new businesses and platforms within TD.

Note: Text or Voice One Time Passcode is required to register for the TD Authenticate app on your device.

Ratings and reviews

since the app no longer works how can I provide a review? imagine my surprise when I left the country and have now been effectively cut off from all accounts and credit cards. TD , if you are looking to lose customers you're doing a bang up job. if not fire whatever code monkeys maintain this app and accept the inevitable and just go with an authentication app that works, even Google!

terrible -will not open, you simply stare at the green TD symbol. It did work a few months ago but then I switched to 2FA with my phone. Today I hit this app for 2FA (by mistake) and I timed out staring at the TD screen of death. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still does nothing. Maybe they do this so you can't access your money and they can syphon it off? FIX THIS TD or use a REAL program.

Worthless app. Was prompted to install it to make logging in easier. Did it. After logging in and doing 2FA, it told me its temporarily not available and I should contact support. Developers that made this should be replaced with AI.
