About this app

The TD Authenticate™ app is a Two-Step Verification method for your EasyWeb®, WebBroker® or TD Business Central™ Canadian online banking applications.

Simply download the app and follow the registration process to connect your account and device to the TD Authenticate app.

Once you've registered, you can generate a security verification code in the TD Authenticate app while online or offline (not connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network), without the need for texts or phone calls.

This confirms it's really you accessing your EasyWeb, WebBroker or TD Business Central online banking.

The TD Authenticate app is for use with EasyWeb, WebBroker and TD Business Central. For other TD apps or digital platforms, please use the Two-Step Verification services they provide. We are working on enhancing the TD Authenticate app, as well as onboarding new businesses and platforms within TD.

Note: Text or Voice One Time Passcode is required to register for the TD Authenticate app on your device.

since the app no longer works how can I provide a review? imagine my surprise when I left the country and have now been effectively cut off from all accounts and credit cards. TD , if you are looking to lose customers you're doing a bang up job. if not fire whatever code monkeys maintain this app and accept the inevitable and just go with an authentication app that works, even Google!

I need this app when travelling because my Canadian sim is not active and it was designed to solve this problem. now it is requiring sms verification! so I am locked out of my accounts. this hasn't happened before. infuriating. update. tried update, even worse pos. times out in less time than it takes to enter 16 digits and a password. can't log in.

Just does not work. tried installing it few times over and over, changed my password, login, no go. USELESS. It's hard to access my accounts while out of the country, and this was supposed to be the answer. NOPE.
